What security measures do you take to protect personal data?
Whenever you enter a secure area of the site (such as; your jobseeker console), you'll notice your browser url bar turn green and a 'golden padlock' appear with ExpatHiring.com Pty Ltd. SSL certificates used on ExpatHiring.com are provided and authenticated by GeoTrust. 

Is my payment information secure?
Yes. We use PayPal to all payment transactions, so we never see your bank account or credit card details.

Can I cancel my membership?
You can cancel your subscription at any time, via your PayPal account. ExpatHiring.com does not offer refunds for partial term usage. By cancelling your subscription your account and all related information will be removed from our website at the end of your subscription.

What is your privacy policy?

What happens after applying for a job?
Once you have applied for a job, you will receive an email from us confirming your application is submitted. Confirmations are only sent to jobseekers, if they have submitted a jobs directly through ExpatHiring.com. If a jobseeker has submitted their application via an external link, it is the responsibility of the recruiter to confirm receipt of application.

How can I contact a recruiter?
You can sent an email directly to recruiters by the ExpatChatter link in your account. It is the recruiters decision if they wish to respond to your communication request or not. Due to the nature of our business, ExpatHiring.com does not disclose recruiter details to jobseekers unless they have submitted an application to the recruiter.

How do I stop receiving newsletters from you?
You can either unsubscribe from our newsletters by either click on the unsubscribe link we provide in all of our email communication or by changing the communication settings directly in your account. However, unsubscribing from ExpatHiring.com newlsetters will not stop you receive website generated emails (such as; confirmation of application made, contact requests from recruiters, etc).
